Senior People Operations Manager
I have worked with VetnCare for six years on the People Operations Team. Before joining VetnCare, I was a veterinary staff member at one of our Hospitals, Alley Cat Small Animal Hospital, where I worked as a Veterinary Assistant for eleven years. The Veterinary Industry has been a significant part of my life, and I feel fortunate to have been able to navigate a fulfilling career in the hospital and behind the scenes.
I decided to pursue a business degree to enhance my knowledge and expertise in Human Resources. In May 2020 I graduated from California Sacramento State University with a concentration in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior. Completing my degree was a lifelong dream supported by my VetnCare team every step of the way.
Today I am excited to be leading the People Operations team at VetnCare, which allows me to combine my passion for veterinary medicine and creating an exceptional employee experience.
I am a Bay Area Native, but I am excited to go where the VetnCare winds blow as we continue to expand and provide opportunities to Veterinarians far and wide. My daughter Kennedy and I love to play with our Bug (Boston Terrier/Pug), "Bruce the Pug Willis", our two cats "Cupcake" and "Suki", and our bearded dragon, "Dragon"... There's never a dull moment at our house!
