Hi All! I’m Angela Hayes and excited to be joining VetnCare as the Chief People Officer.
I have 20 years’ of experience in the HR (People) field across diverse industries. During this time, my passion for developing employees and helping people realize their unlimited potential has only grown stronger. Moreover, I believe it's imperative for HR to work innovatively to ensure organization’s have exceptional talent ready to contribute to fulfilling their purpose and mission. With an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, I focused on Leadership Development and Human Resources Management with a Master's degree at Northeastern University.
My husband, Jeff, and I relocated from western New York to California 8 years ago by driving across the country with our Rhodesian Ridgeback and two cats (all across the rainbow bridge now). We currently reside in the East Bay with our two dogs - our 5 year old lap dog Doberman, Wyatt Fitzgerald Hayes and our 1 year old husky/shepherd energizer bunny mix, Senna Bean Hayes. When I’m not following 1,000’s of animals on social media, working on convincing Jeff which pets we should adopt next, or playing with our own pups, you’ll find us walking and adopting out dogs at the Contra Costa Animal Shelter. We love the Bay area, and especially easy access to Tahoe and Monterey.
