VetnCare Announcement

November 15, 2021
hello world!

First and foremost, thank you for trusting the VetnCare team with your pet’s care and well-being. Due to an unforeseen and sudden change in veterinarian staffing, we will be closing all VetnCare locations. The hospitals will be reopening in a few weeks as Vetco Total Care.

We appreciate your patience with this transition and are happy to continue serving you at any of our sister locations during this time. Your closest VetnCare location can be found on our home page

All of our VetnCare hospitals hold the same high clinical standards as we do, they are AAHA Accredited, and our teams are ready to welcome you! They all conveniently have access to your pet’s medical records through our network. We can also email you a copy of your records should you wish to have them.

Vaccines for Life

Existing participants in our Vaccines for Life program will be honored at the new Vetco Total Care hospital when they reopen. If you have any questions about this in the meantime, please contact us at: [email protected]

Petco Vital Care

The Vetco Total Care hospital will honor your Vital Care benefits once it reopens. In the meantime, you can visit any vet of your choice and get reimbursed up to $35 for your pets’ exam. Additional information for Vital Care clients can be found here

Between now and October 9th, if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact our team who will be happy to help you. You can reach us directly at [email protected]

We are committed to making this transition as seamless as possible for you. Your pet’s health and well-being continues to be our #1 priority.
