Dr. Kasuya graduated from St. George's University in 2016. During his time in veterinary school, Dr. Kasuya organized and participated in multiple volunteer missions to provide basic veterinary care, spay/neuter surgeries, and education about pet and livestock health in Costa Rica. He served as a delegate for the Student American Veterinary Association for two years. He was then elected as Information Technology Officer for the Executive Board of SAVMA from 2014-2016.
In 2016, he completed multiple rotations in emergency and small animal medicine at The Ohio State University. After graduating, Dr. Kasuya worked at different hospitals around the Bay Area before joining the Irvington Pet Hospital team.
When he is not traveling, he loves spending time with his dogs, Jarvis and Rocky. And fun fact: He speaks Japanese!
